SoundzWavez started in 2019 as a single feed hosted from a converted spare room in Berlin, with three shows and a shared Google Doc for schedules. We wanted a home for the DJs the algorithm never lifts - long sets, deep cuts, and shows that trust listeners to stay for two hours instead of two minutes.

Six years later, we're a station of 180+ residents broadcasting across 42 countries, still fiercely independent, still uninterested in playlists. Every hour of programming is hosted, sequenced, and introduced by a human who chose it.

We don't sell the audience. We don't run ads between tracks. Everything runs on listener support, merch, and the occasional live event. If you're tuning in, you're the station.
